Soal:
Suatu ketika saya pernah ditanya sama teman saya,,katanya ketika d’bulan puasa setelah sahur ia menunggu azan subuh n setelah sholat subuh ia tidur kembali tp ketika ia tdur ia b’mimpi “mimpi basah”,dan suatu hari ia b’tanya dg sama pengalaman seperti itu membatalkan puasa tdak.!? Saya kurang mengetahui masalah seperti itu & saya hanya menjawab b’dasarkan pengetahuan saya bahwa kejadian itu membatalkan puasa… Salahkah saya m’jawab seperti itu.?
Jawab:
Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut, berikut saya bawakan ucapan para ulama:
Syaikh Abdul Aziz bin Baz –rahimahullah– mengatakan (Al-Ikhtiyarat Al-Baziyyah hlm. 253),”Mimpi basah itu tidak membatalkan puasa, karena hal itu tanpa kehendak orang. Akan tetapi ia harus mandi janabah jika keluar mani.”
Syaikh Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al-Jibrin berkata (Syarah ‘Umdah Al-Fiqh II/594), “Orang yang mimpi basah itu puasanya tidak rusak (baca: tidak batal), karena hal tersebut tidak disengaja.”
Hal senada dikatakan Syaikh Abdullah bin Hijazi Asy-Syarqawi dalam Fathul Qadir syarh Taisir At-Tahrir (hlm. 145).
Adapun yang membatalkan puasa ialah jika keluar mani karena bercumbu. Imam An-Nawawi (Ar-Raudhah II/361) mengatakan, “Jika mani keluar karena menstrobasi, batal puasanya. Apabila keluar hanya karena memikirkan atau memandang dengan syahwat, maka tidak membatalkan puasa. Inilah madzhab Syafi’i yang juga menjadi pendapat mayoritas ulama.”
Apa yang dikatan An-Nawawi bahwa keluar mani karena memikirkan ***, maka karena hal tersebut hanya sebatas pikiran saja yang tidak diiringi perbuatan. Dan hal tersebut dimaafkan. Al-Bukhari dan Muslim meriwayatkan bahwa Nabi bersabda, “Sesungguhnya Allah memaafkan umatku dari apa yang terbetik dalam dirinya selama ia tidak melakukan atau mengatakannya.”
Al-Qadhi Abu Syuja’ dalam At-Taqrib mengatakan, “(Termasuk pembatal puasa ialah) keluar mani karena bercumbu.” Selanjutnya Ibnu Daqiq mengomentari, “Karena para ulama memakruhkan mencium (istri atau sebaliknya) bagi orang yang puasa, apabila mencium tersebut menggerakkan syahwat karena dikhawatirkan akan keluar mani, sehingga puasanya batal.” (Tuhfatul Labib syarh At-Taqrib hlm. 180-181)
Hal serupa yang diterangkan Syaikh Muhammad Nawawi bin ‘Umar Al-Bantani dalam Nihayatuz Zain hlm. 182.
